Today we went on a sunrise hike and did work projects in the morning. After lunch we learned about African masks and even got to create our own! It has been a fun trip and we will sure miss all the new friends we have made while being back at the ranch!

Yesterday we explored the Rocky Mountain National Park. The view was amazing! It was important to drink a lot of water because we were up super high in the mountains. We climbed up to 12,000 feet above sea level at one point! Wow!

Today we did work projects and are gearing up to do a creative art project tonight. It should be a lot of fun!

We had such a great weekend here at Returners’ Camp! On Saturday we performed skits in small groups, learned about different totem animals, and went on a giant scavenger hunt to gather different tokens that were cleverly hidden around the ranch. We also made s’mores around the campfire. Sunday was exhausting (and amazing!). We set out bright and early to go on a hike in the mountains.

Today we did work projects, rode horses, and wrote postcards to send to refugees. In the evening we did a group activity that got our creative juices flowing and allowed us to let others know we appreciate them.

OFL Returners are here, and having a blast! Our theme for this year’s returners camp involves cuisine, activities, and events from all kinds of different places around the world. Yesterday, they covered Europe, and today they are in Latin America. We’ll post pictures as soon as we get a chance. We don’t post anything over the weekend, so check back here Monday evening to get an update!

Sorry for the late entry! OFY Advanced Camp arrived on time and safe and sound on Wednesday, and they’re doing great! So far, they’ve been day hiking, riding horses, and generally having a lot of fun. If time permits, we’ll post some pictures here after the weekend.

We have arrived in Colorado! Everyone is safe, sound, and excited to see what the ranch has in store for us. Tonight we are settling into our rooms. Tomorrow the fun begins!

High-ho, high-ho! It’s off to the airport we go! Returners’ Camp was a blast. We are sad to leave but excited to see home soon 🙂

Advanced camp is having a blast! They climbed a mountain over the weekend and are having a great time cooking all their own food.

Our advanced camp students arrive last night and are settling into camp life today.  We hope to have a few photo updates throughout their trip, but they do spend a lot of time out in the forest exploring and having fun so it’s hard to wrangle them back to get photos.

It’s that time of the summer again – Returners are here! Our theme involves a lot of different countries and trying new cuisine! Here are the students during their first activity at the barn yesterday.  It was island day, so a few animals needed help to dress the part!
