Today the students got off the Ranch and saw some more of Colorado!

Even though it was snowing, Sunday was a great day for a hike!

Saturday was another great day at the Ranch! Students were able to sleep in a little and have a late breakfast.  The day will filled some fun activities and pizza making! Yum!

Friday was another busy day at the Ranch! There were work projects – our students participated in Ranch Beautification, made muffins in the Kitchen, and washed dishes!

These girls had the cleanest room so they won the Golden Dustpan!

Some students also got to horseback riding and others worked with the small animals.

In the afternoon, we did some hiking!

Students woke up early to help feed the horses.

Later in the day, the students had a chance to do some more around the farm.

It’s always fun at the Ranch, but especially when it is snowing!

Today was our first full day on the Ranch! It’s little chilly, but everyone is all smiles! Check out the view!

For most of the day, we broke into small groups and rotated through different activities.  Here is one group working on some academics.

Another group worked with River, the horse.

We took a short break to play some games.

It was a fun day on the Ranch; we are really looking forward to the rest of our time here!

Today we got off the Ranch!

Students got a taste of college life and posed with Ralphie the Buffalo after touring the beautiful CU Boulder campus.

When we returned to the Ranch, Bryant, Joey, Alex, and Joseph helped clear the deck of snow to make room for games and activities outside as the weather started to warm up.

Joseph and Clarissa worked hard to clear the last bit of snow from the deck.

Diego and Chaperone Chris turned the rope for Ray and Jose.

Inside there was guitar playing and a sing-a-long!

Monday the students had a chance to work on their academic assignments. Clarissa, Lupe, Chris, Colin, and Alex looked through their notebooks to see what they still needed to complete.

Bryant, Lupe, Diana, Alex, and Clarissa enjoyed a classic Colorado dish for lunch: green chili.
